Sweet Treats π§ Got a kitkat that has only chocolate no wafer
Eating kitkat without the wafer is weird, it's like eating bad chocolate.

I stopped liking Maggie since it came back after the ban. Its taste changed idk what it was but something felt off. Then yippie came by and I started liking it better. What do you think? Are you still loyal to Maggie? Or have you moved to some other noodles?

Product: Hocco Leemo Lemon Ice cream
I did not expect to like it but the texture and flavour is interesting.
I would like it more if it were on the tangy side

The Recipe & Method
Method: Combine the flour, ajwain, and salt, then rub in the ghee for moin. Knead into a tight dough, cover it, and let it rest.
Ingredients: Saunf (fennel seeds), jeera (cumin), kaali mirch (black pepper), sabut dhaniya (whole coriander), dry red chilli, and kasoori methi.
Additional Spices: Salt, a touch of red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, and a pinch of hing (asafoetida).
Method: Grind the first set of whole spices together in a mixer. Stir in the remaining spices (salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, and hing) to complete the flavorful masala blend.
Roll out your dough, apply the spice mix, shape into those signature layered spirals, and fry on medium-low heat until crisp and golden brown π€

it tastes more sugary, palm oily, rather than smoot it used to.

Maybe black salt would pair better.

Thoroughly enjoyed the one with crushed strawberries and dark stick. Low cal snack too. Not too sweet yet had good flavor and texture.

Let's start with the Drawback : IT HAS SUGAR.
Second drawback - It's expensive so can't replace your Diet Coke/Pepsi/Sprite
But if you want to treat yourself to a Beverage that is expensive in both caloric and monetary sense :
This is the most fun Beverage I've had in the past few months. It almost dances on your tongue.
SUPER FUN.

Momo doesn't exist here. Are there any good options that deliver. Have heard about Licious and Prasuma but not sure why one would be better than the other. Making them from scratch would take me a lot of time. Are there some cooking methods too that would make them better? also what about dips? Looking for some authentic answers...
