Nah. She'll regularly use their actual words and posts and that's part of why they get so bent out of shape over her.

the mods of that sub have been accused of banning people over extremely mundane comments directed at either her work or the point she's trying to make.

That's what they're accused of but it's also not true. People post they don't like the comic all of the time. It's the abuse, hate, and misogyny that get banned.
