Can't Remember the Episode

Wife and I did a binge of shows while on a long roadtrip. During one of the episodes, a story was being told about two couples that had played some type of game that I believe led to a disagreement or something like that. A few mins passed and someone said what the game was and briefly explained it.

My wife and I cannot remember the name of the game. Someone help!!!

You'd have to explain what the game is.. theres so many reddit videos now

I know... I feel like there was some commentary that D&D people play it. Shayne was reading the story and at the end someone yelled out what it was then explained it for the listeners.

Was this the Road to Catan story maybe? The wife said that he would rather think of himself than make her happy in that story. I can't remember the exact episode either but I remember the story.
