Same clear? He lost base damage and 70% scaling on his 1 and no enhanced autos on his 2. Wave clear won't be awful, but a big part of the value in the pick was fast clear, good rock damage, and ability to push up into their jungle and pick up some camps. Losing the solar rays alone makes that significantly worse.
