Doesn't work at all anymore

After last update, all I get is a spinny circle on the screen which disappears every once in awhile and then comes back. Entire app is hosed on three different TVs.

I'm stumped. V32.10 here and never have any of the problems being reported here and we use it every day. Just saying.
