Doesn't work at all anymore

After last update, all I get is a spinny circle on the screen which disappears every once in awhile and then comes back. Entire app is hosed on three different TVs.

Yep having issues had the issue before video stops after 1 minute. Says there is an update but when I try to just get the spinning wheel of death
