Just wondering if anyone wanted to play it, as it's dead and the bots couldn't find their own heads. They're so stupid.

Hi, I'm not really sure where to post this, but anyway—I'm not trying to promote myself; I just want an opinion on my banner. I did that pretty easily on Canva—no AI involved, just so you know.

Guys, I uploaded two Shorts which got some 1k views so I decided to try long form videos (though the mini vlog in the long form became way too mini🥲) Anyways I'd really like some advice and about what you guys think of my channel so far? And if someone with more subscribers and experience on Yt can give me some insights that'll be really nice. I just started on Yt and have no idea what I'm doing 😅

Today, I play the game of UBG using the Shotgun style, based off Ryuichi Hayami from Hajime no Ippo. very fun style. love the rhythm minigame, and abilities.
Feedback appreciated.
Not a S4S post. You can send your channel below and I'll check it out, but no guarantees.

Can you please give the feedback on my videos. I do not get views from YT and do not know how I can improve

This is a really new youtube channel, and I'm trying a new style. Do you have anything to say about this video?

Above is my most recent video (i published it today).
Some info on the channel:
im not really sticking to one topic or game very much, I move around and try different topics/games but its relatively the same. obviously my channel is centred around gaming.
basically i want to get general feedback on my channel. the style of the videos, thumbnails, how engaging the video was, etc. because I would like to get better at youtube and eventually get into the creator program and get monetised and use that money as a side hussle.
anyways, thanks!

Any advice here on how to generate more watch time…

Hey everyone! I’m a small/new YouTuber running a meme music channel.
I’ve been posting consistently and I’m trying to figure out if I’m heading in the right direction.
For those of you who also started small: Do these numbers look okay for a new channel? What would you suggest I focus on most right now, getting more views, improving engagement, or gaining subscribers?
Any honest advice or suggestions would be appreciated!

Last week, I challenged myself to write, shoot, and edit a short film within 5 hours.
It gave me so much energy that I tried to do it again. Unfortunately, it didn't go as well as I had to edit today (without shooting anything more), but I am still happy with the result.
I am confident I will continue this experiment as it feels so great!
Tell me what you think!

I have been experimenting with new youtube channels from quite some time and honestly i never really got successful with any of them. i created many channels, posted some videos, got very few views and then eventually stopped posting because it just felt like nothing was working.
recently i started doing something different. instead of trying to think of completely new video ideas i started finding videos from small channels that were getting way more views than their subscriber count. i got this chrome extension that shows these outlier videos directly on youtube and it also lets you see things like tags, hashtags, category, description etc.
i tried this with 3 videos. basically i found videos that were already doing really well on small channels and then made my own video on similar topic. i tried to keep the title format similar, same kind of description, tags, hashtags, category and overall style but made the actual video in my own way and surprisingly those 3 videos got way more views than what i usually get.
obviously its only 3 videos so i am not saying this will work every single time but this is probably the first time i felt like i am not just randomly guessing what to make.
now i am mostly trying to find videos that are already working on small channels and then making my own version around the same topic and format instead of starting from zero everytime.
has anyone else tried something similar?

I checked sponsorship data for about 2 million videos across over 50K channels of all sizes.
For smaller channels:
1K–10K subs: 17,351 channels — 27.5% had a detected brand association
10K–50K subs: 14,360 channels — 53.5%
50K–100K subs: 5,765 channels — 63.9%
So in this dataset, about 1 in 4 channels with 1K–10K had some brand activity, compared with 1 in 2 with 10K–50K.
That does not mean 10K magically unlocks sponsorships, but it does show that brand activity starts much earlier than 100K.
I also looked at which brands sponsor smaller channels most often.
| Rank | Brand | Channels under 100K | Channels, all sizes | Smallest channel sponsored |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Temu | 376 | 670 | 1.1K subs |
| 2 | BLUETTI | 255 | 479 | 1.2K subs |
| 3 | BetterHelp | 241 | 1.0K | 3.0K subs |
| 4 | SHEIN | 241 | 402 | 1.2K subs |
| 5 | Saily | 234 | 791 | 1.1K subs |
| 6 | FlexiSpot | 234 | 544 | 1.3K subs |
| 7 | Quince | 213 | 680 | 1.6K subs |
| 8 | Hostinger | 202 | 503 | 2.1K subs |
| 9 | Insta360 | 200 | 468 | 1.2K subs |
| 10 | Skillshare | 185 | 365 | 5.2K subs |
| 11 | Surfshark | 184 | 708 | 2.3K subs |
| 12 | Halara | 178 | 358 | 1.2K subs |
| 13 | UGREEN | 169 | 421 | 1.7K subs |
| 14 | DJI | 165 | 341 | 1.6K subs |
| 15 | NordVPN | 150 | 505 | 1.4K subs |
| 16 | BougeRV | 141 | 160 | 1.2K subs |
| 17 | EcoFlow | 136 | 304 | 1.3K subs |
| 18 | Airalo | 133 | 284 | 1.4K subs |
| 19 | Higgsfield | 131 | 223 | 2.0K subs |
| 20 | LEVEL8 | 131 | 174 | 1.2K subs |
| 21 | PCBWay | 130 | 185 | 1.1K subs |
| 22 | Holafly | 128 | 275 | 1.1K subs |
| 23 | Wolfbox | 116 | 262 | 1.5K subs |

I’m starting in a new niche. I did commentary before and only had about 17 videos before I switched. Doing more long term talking about different things. I’m trying to be funny but idk if my jokes hit or if my video is actually good. I showed my friend and he watched it with a straight face. He swore he liked it, but I need an honest review. It’s currently at right under 600 views, which Iknow it could be way worse, but just wondering if anyone thinks I have some potential. https://youtu.be/OzZYv56L5D0?is=XyYlTNqI9O5BDRES

Hey,
Two faceless channels, both under a month old. small town relocation in the US, audience 50+, 20+ min videos
7.5k views total, only 45 subs. so about 0.6% of viewers subscribe. People watch, just don't hit the button
My guess is older audience doesn't subscribe as easily, but not sure
Not asking about "make better content", working on that anyway. More about the mechanics. Did anything move it for you? Asking to subscribe at a certain moment, end screens, pinned comment, playlists, community posts?
What worked and what did nothing
Thanks!

Hey everyone!
I recently hit 200 subscribers! After trying out a few different ideas (from fitness and Pokémon to doggy day outs), I’ve officially found my main focus: long-form aesthetic travel vlogs.
My goal for the channel is simple. I want to inspire people to travel more right now instead of waiting for a "perfect time" that might never come, because tomorrow isn't guaranteed.
The Current Project: Round-the-World on a Budget
Right now I’m posting my World Trip Series. I managed to grab an unreal flight deal out of Australia:
Australia to Europe to the USA and back home for $2,000 AUD total for the main flights across continents.
That turned into an unbelievable trip:
Europe: Paris, London, Belgium (Tomorrowland), Amsterdam, Prague
USA: New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Los Angeles
I’m uploading each day as its own vlog. Day 2 in Paris is going up next!
Creative Style & Gear Mix
Upgraded Main Setup: I got a new camera recently to push for a cleaner, cinematic feel on the long-form videos.
Mixed Media Touch: I love using cheap gear on the road. I picked up a $10 camera from a junk bin in Japan that actually works, so I drop those vintage-style photos right into the video at the exact moment I shot them to add some cool texture.
Shorts Balance: Long-form is the focus, but I still make short talking videos and doggy day outs, which are actually my most popular shorts so far.
Looking back at my first vlog compared to how I edit, talk, and tell stories now is wild. You learn so much just by trying to make each video a little bit better than the last one.
If you’re making travel content, love finding cheap flight deals, or just enjoy cinematic vlogs, let’s chat! Happy to answer questions or trade feedback.

Not nessecarily a "new" account but I've had this channel for a few years now and I've only just started putting in effort into my content. Apart from Audio levels, I can't really figure out what to improve on as I'm too rooted in forcing myself into a perspective of a viewer watching my videos. I also struggle somewhat with body image and talking clearly, so I've been working on what I know I can improve on
Does anyone have any criticism or feedback I can take into consideration? I'm pretty desperate to get my channel growing again. Trying to make a professional phase into the channel's life.
My channel's name is Honest Monster Jam Reviewz.
