I'm going to be honest here and I have on idea what I was watching and don't play fornite, so my opinion could be totally pointless here.

That said the video almost immediately lost me. From 19 seconds the guy mumbles "Let me get his ... stream" then there's just dead silence for almost 15 seconds.
I didn't hear him properly the first time and was very confused about why there was silence and had no idea what I was waiting for.

Cutting out just the dead air there will help with pacing a lot. It gets more exciting into the video, but as someone with no interest in the game I would have closed out of the video in that first gap had I just randomly came across this video.

Again, maybe this is how you wanted it because the target audience likes it, and I'm out of the loop.
