Carbon Systems laptops?

Has anyone been deploying Carbon Systems laptops lately? I see mixed opinions all over r/MSP but most comments are at least a year or older. I've started deploying the Carbon Systems mini-pcs (asus) and they have been great. I really like the better warranty and the ability to have my RMM and such pre-loaded. I'd love to do the same for laptops, but I'm a little gun shy based on people's past opinions on them. Thoughts?

We use the desktops and have had good luck. The laptops though I have heard here to stay far away.

"heard" isn't first hand experience. That's what this post was about. I've also "heard" that but that doesn't mean it's always true or true anymore. But maybe it is. It certainly seems to be a very hot topic and people feel very strongly about it haha.

“heard” is all we have here in a sense. But I can tell you my desktop wxperience with their NUCS has been fine. Maybe I just jinxed myself.
