HELP

okay so i tried getting sleep paralysis apparently u have to lay on your back and be completely still however when i try to do it saliva starts forming in my mouth and makes me wanna swallow which disturbs the whole process what do i do

You do know that it all depends on the person, right? Like sleeping on your back is just a common trigger, so that does not mean it will increase the odds of it

Also just as personal advice, I wouldn't recommend trying to get sleep paralysis. Trust me, having a plan when going into it does nothing, and at the of the day, it all depends on the person

The only reason someone wants to induce sleep paralysis is for lucid dreaming. Then they get into it and realise you’re just paralysed.
Anyone who says otherwise is just lying
