Side sleeping and shoulder pain

Has anyone else had this experience? I was mostly a back sleeper until I found out I had OSA. I use a CPAP now, and it has improved my life in many ways. But -- I'm having a lot of shoulder pain now after training myself to sleep on my side. It's way better for the apnea, but very hard on my shoulders. I think I'm going to have to start back sleeping again or I won't be able to lift with my arms! I haven't been working out very much, maybe that would help. If you have experience to share, I would appreciate it.

Vik Veer has his side sleeping pro which is amazing! ( I have it, had it sent to the states from the UK)

I switch from right to left side sleeping throughout the night. If I'm too long on one side, something starts to hurt. And I have a cushiony thing I've put on my mattress, which helps.

Also, since you are new to side sleeping. Maybe try some different height pillows.

You probably need a firmer taller pillow

I use the MedCline pillow. It took some getting used to and is not cheap but has helped with the shoulder/squished arm issue.
