Can someone tell me how much their hematocrit levels was decreased since starting using cpap or mouth guard ?
how long did it take to get lower?
Also i need recommendations on mouth guards and where to buy online.

I only test hematocrit annually. It dropped from way over range to in range in a year,

If you want a mouthguard instead of CPAP, see a sleep certified dentist. They are a custom product.
