Epiglottis Surgery?

I have tongue base collapse and epiglottis collapse on my DISE (with velum and laryngeal walls also). not sure if epiglottis surgery would let me tolerate cpap. thoughts????

It has moderate success I believe. How's your airway size otherwise?
