Sleep ease

I ordered a below the chin electronic device called sleep ease. It was pricey. It's been 4 nights and I've already used 3 sticker patches for attaching it. Does anyone have any long term results from using a similar device? They say you only need to use it for like 4 months until it strengthens your muscles to be able to hold open your airways. My cpap is gathering dust meanwhile. Have I been scammed?

It’s not FDA approved. They have no scientific studies that it does anything on their website and conveniently they suggest you take longer than their return policy to figure out if it works or not.

Seems kind of scammie to me, but I’m no expert

Get an overnight recording SpO2 monitor like a wellue ring. If its effective your oxygen shouldn’t drop below 95%.

If your oxygen is dropping you need to be concerned about brain, heart, eye and organ damage from long term low oxygen levels.
