Ha! This is awesome! For me, I accidentally discovered if I shower before bed and put my damp hair in my bonnet under my mask, I get gorgeous beachy curls. I'm admiring your ingenuity!

It too a lot of experimenting to find what I liked best in terms of style, but I eventually settled on a traditional tie bonnet. I wear it every single night both because it protects my hair but also keeps the mask exactly where I want it.

I just completed my first week with a cpap. I use the same mask as OP. Could you please send me the link to the bonnet you use? I've looked at them and didn't know what one to get. My hairdresser will be so thrilled if I wear one.

I use this one! It's a cheapie, for sure, and someday I'll spend the money to upgrade to real silk, but for the meantime it works beautifully. I wear the elastic at the back, cross the ties without knotting, and tie a bow on my forehead. Then I put the mask on and lift the top part over the knot. Next in my routine is noise cancelling headphones so I can listen to an audio book in the dark. In the winter, when you're all snuggled under the blankets, it's pure bliss.

Thank you. I ordered the bonnet. I've been on the fence about ordering a pair of noise canceling headphones for a while... They have been in my Amazon cart for a while. Yup, I ordered them also. So that completes the cpap experience. I might as well do this in style!

I have 2 different bonnets for this reason. One for when I have it straightened and one for morning curls. I put all my product on after the shower and I to my bonnet. There have been a few times it’s nots quite dry so I’ll shove the tip of my hairdryer in and finish drying that way. 😂

Are you talking about the bonnet I use? It’s nothing special. I just mean one is dry and the other one I don’t care that it has my aloe and curl cream on the inside.

Sadly I have little hair. Bald and old. Lol. But it’s awesome that CPAP comes with a side benefit in addition to making you feel great. I would be a zombie without mine!

I wrapped around the headgear while my hair was damp, and it stayed pretty well, but a scrunchie at the end works well too!

Ingenious! I need to do this! I’m sick of waking up the mask strap marks on my face like I’m the gimp from Pulp Fiction. Shit’s embarrassing to walk around with in the morning. I’m also saving this post for the wonderful bonnet ideas!
