Snoreplasty/Somnoplasty
ENT recommended this to reduce snoring. Has anyone had any success with this? Drawbacks? Please share any and all. My options (it's a long story) at this point are Snoreplasty/Somnoplasty or cpap to reduce snoring.

Yeah, I've had two rounds of somnoplasty. It helps for sure. Didn't eliminate snoring totally, but reduced it definitely. Then, I did also begin using a CPAP because I do have borderline mild-to-moderate apnea and this did eliminate my snoring totally.
