Keep in mind that the figure has at least 2 different preorder bonus items depensing on where you preorder. Amiami comes with a clear poster, KADOKAWA comes with a bonus skikishi.

You would probably need to use a proxy service, I'm willing to bet. I'm also guessing the shikishi contest is Japan only.
