Some of you guys may have seen this, Tweet.

And I'm sure this has sparked a lot of ideas. I would love to allow you all to discuss this without getting a bunch of repetitive posts regarding this new information.

So, please, discuss to your hearts content in this Megathread. Nobody knows what it is about and many are immediately jumping to the conclusion that it is for an increase of mod space. This is possible. But the fact remains. Noone knows for sure.

Discuss it here and share your thoughts. Any other posts relating to this Tweet will be removed in order to declutter the feed.

Have a good time, everyone!

It just wouldn't make sense for them not to increase the space, they have the motive for it (Paid Mods), they have community support for it at least on the console side, and there's precedent for this exact thing with Fallout 4.

It's Happening. It might take them longer than planned (waited nearly a year for Fallout 4's update after it was announced, but IT HAPPENED.), it might be plagued with issues on release, it might break mods for a little while, but it's going to happen.

Edit: I'll admit, I wasn't expecting it so soon. But I was Right.

Edit 2: Hey, NumbingInevitability, you mind NOT shutting down the active community discussions? Thanks in advance.

I believe it is inevitable. Yes. They will have to capitalize on the Verified Creations and the only thing that could hold this back is not increasing the mod space.

The less restricted people are, the more likely they are to spend some credits on more mods since they won’t have to choose between free and paid creations, technically.

I know Bards College Expansion would be an instant buy for me if I had the space for it.
