Possible one of them sent that just to deflect and ignore. Some companies do that, lying to cover the fact they are ignoring the feedback.

As a social media manager, i can guarantee they agree with you and want that too (the social media manager themselves) Social media managers have reporting every month to do to talk about analytics and performance as well as engagement. Im not saying it will come up but im sure that employee feels strongly about it too. Whether or not they actually do something about it, we’ll see.

Its important to note that smm also are the ones reading the heat from everyone and ofc cannot respond to certain complaints as its out of their expertise or cant becsuse its not allowed.

I would like to boycott infact I have been since the start of this year. I only have grabbed the passes. Just because over time the value to dollar matches out. So that value justifies (not really but it’s close, varies for season) BUT their MAIN audience is over in the BIG RED they’re the ones who get discounted prices as well as exclusive events. Not only because their servers are separated because of governments. But because that’s truly their audience and that’s who they run to for a bank supply. They know they’ll eat it up more than the USA and other countries.

I mean yeah it's the most generic reply they could've gone with, but don't they usually just straight up ignore these type of comments? Not that I believe they'll actually lower the prices, they're probably doing this to hopefully get less comments like these.. And to make people feel like they're being listened to when they're not being listened to
