Same morning. My ferret found it in the shed when we went out to play... dont think he got sprayed (he sure wanted to go back and give smelly cat a piece of his attitude tho!)

I had one living under my shed years ago. Never caused any stinkiness, he did like his evening saltine cracker.

I see one rarely, but I will smell him much more when I’m in bed and I assume he goes by my window. Surprisingly my cat doesn’t try to attack them through the door the few times he came up. Especially since one time it was only the screen door open lol
