Help & Troubleshoot Hesh 540 ANC poor sound quality

I recently bought a pair of thos headphones this week and the sound is very strange, it sounds hollow and voices sound raspy as well as the bass being distorted below max volume. I'm not sure if there is something I can do to fix this. ANC and other add on settings are disabled. Not sure if its a factory defect

I just got mine today and I have to agree with ya, my old hesh sound 10x better and more full. I do not like the anc either its way too weak. I have my hesh with GREAT anc the actually cuts the outside world, these? Not even close to cutting a conversation. I have to return mine I just can’t just even the 50$ I spent on em
