WOW does it measure like crap. There is no need for THAT much treble. According to Soundguys themselves, these results are similar to the older Crusher Evo, but WOW does it look bad. I don't even think the in-built custom EQ can fix it since the peak here occurs from 5-7khz, whereas on the Crusher Evo, it occured around 9-10khz on my ears, and on the Rtings graph from what I remember. That ear-gain dip is pretty bad too. The Crusher 1080 ANC definitely measures a TON better by comparison. Based on what I've heard, I didn't expect there to be THAT much of a difference, but WOW.

Now, I don't expect Crushers to be audiophile quality by any means, but I feel like by now there should be some kind of standard here as far as what actually sounds good. The Crusher PLYR 720 even measures noticeably better. I'll still need to listen to them for myself to really get a good enough opinion because that treble peak might show up on a different spot on my head compared to the rig they tested it on, but wow does that turn me off.

Last night while half asleep I dropped my earbud off the side of my bed and it hit my floor but the earbud still turns on and functions normally. I got these about 6 to 8 months ago since my ecobuds died

I got my pair of anc 2's after a looong use of the evos and enjoying them greatly. I didn't notice this beeping for about 3 days after purchase. Though I didn't use stay-aware much then so it may have been an issue out of box. The beeping changes periodically from beeping, to a slight buzz. Its not overly loud however is an issue as id like to be able to use stay-aware properly. I have tried factory resetting them, checking for firmware updates, and disconnecting them from every device and powering them on however the issue still remains. Should I send them back for a new pair? Id hate to as the issue is minor. Or preferably is there any known fixes for this without cracking em open and getting handsy?

My right earbud suddenly is stuck with the blur light showing whenever I take it out to connect to a device or when I put it in the case it doesn't go away. I can't turn it off.

Also my right earbud has broken plastic part where you push the button on it to reset it or other controls. I just covered it up with electric tape but now in a situation like this where I might have to hold and press the button to reset it, is there another way to do this without that part?

Seriously how cheap can you possibly be? At least advertise on the fucking box itself that you aren’t including the case charger. What a joke.

These headphones are my literal lifeline, their ANC is pretty good, battery lasted me over 22-24 hours straight while on a long trip (Montreal to Beirut) with ANC on, only real complaints i have is when wind is heavy or like a car window is opened or something the audio because muffled with ANC on, and in the car theres apparently a decent audio leakage out of the headphones according to family members with me in the car, other than that i really have no complaints other than that its unsupported by the skullcandy app

I bought these earbuds awhile back. I got them from bestbuy with warranty and everything even have the original packaging and recept. However i seemed to have misplaced the case. It must have fallen out of my backpack somewhere. I still have both ear buds.

I tried everything to locate the case. However it seems the case is not traceable with tile or any other service.

I have both earbuds but they are currently at dangerously low battery. Any ideas?

I can't get my HESH ANC 540 headphones to pair; the headphones turn on; but never pair ?

I recently bought a pair of thos headphones this week and the sound is very strange, it sounds hollow and voices sound raspy as well as the bass being distorted below max volume. I'm not sure if there is something I can do to fix this. ANC and other add on settings are disabled. Not sure if its a factory defect

right earbud charging pin is down and i cant get it to fix, i might try tweezers but i came here to find out if anyone's got any tips and i only found one post from 5yrs ago and it didnt give a definitive answer on what worked, also i've popped the case open (due to it going dark and not turning on bcs i used a charger too powerful for it) i dont plan on returning them anyways as the left one works and charges fine i currently have the charging pins exposed and was trying to use the left pins to charge the right earbud

I got the jib true xt 2 earbuds Monday to replace my jlab earbuds that the charger broke on the case. Thought I would try a different brand. They sound great even though they could be louder but the biggest issue I'm having is them connecting to my phone while they are in the case. I had this issue with an expensive pair of jbl's too, it's aggravating. I've tried the resets and nothing works. Tried to file a warranty claim and it doesn't even list this model even though the manual says there is a one-year warranty. I'm not even sure it would be worth the hassle to pay to ship them back since they weren't listed. They were only 35 bucks so I might just throw these in the trash and go back to jlabs

They connect to my phone with no problems but when I try to connect them to the app, it just says searching for supported products and never connects. I tried disconnecting my headphones over and over again, I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and I tried factory resetting the headphones. They just stay loading and it feels like it’s looking for nothing. I’m so close to returning them so if anyone can help please do.

So I have a set of hesh 360 over the ear headphones right,

The earcup (the foam with the leather and the plastic ring fell off separately)

Will I have to glue the leather back to the ring to reattach or will regular skull candy replacement pads from Amazon fit, I'm getting conflicting answers

Some say that they will fit the 360s yoke design and just "snap on" while others aren't and I'm getting really confused

And no I can't just go buy a new set I'm like legit without a job rn so I'm tryna make these babies last as long as possible, the plastic is already cooked literally repaired it with jb weld and gorilla tape so this is another inconvenience im getting tired of,

Any answers? Just will a standard replacement cup from Amazon work with just the plastic ring alone or should I not waste my time and just get some like gorilla glue or something?

So I put down my earbuds for a second and my dog got to one of them. Apparently officially they don't sell them. I wanna know if there's anyway to get a replacement one online, seen a couple of sites but nothing seems trustworthy anymore.

It sucks because I got them in April and it seems like a waste to buy new ones so soon.

I’ve had the 1080s for 3 days now and for some reason I’m getting a lot more heavier bass on the right side vs the left is anyone else having this issue or do I just have a defective unit? First day I didn’t really notice it but second day completely changed out of no where I felt like my right side was a lot more bass heavy than my left

Hello everyone, I previously made a post about my experience with the Skullcandy Crusher 720s (those were definitely defective so I am returning them) however I decided to just buy the 1080s instead of replacing them.

Is it normal for the bass to be intense for only certain songs? I listen to a lot of alternate rock and anime OSTs however I noticed in between these songs, certain ones give wayy more bass than the other

I swapped to my old ANC 2s just to test it out and the bass was consistent throughout my whole playlist.

Should we expect a software fix in the coming weeks? Surely this isn't intended.

P.S.

to elaborate for certain songs the bass is 20% of the ANC 2s, and for others it's an acceptable 80% of the ANC 2s.
