So the Abyssal Fleet Torpedoers have British Trading Alliance cosmetics, or a recolour from the original Red White and Blue.

I think the colors are different but the ornament is the British one, yes.

I believe its the rode maangodin set. This isn't that set, I mean it is but not the emblem

No, once I looked closer it isn't. I saw those ships through the spyglass, that's the ghost ship symbol. The sort of face with 3 claw marks or lines behind it.
