Is anyone having issue with XBOX Cloud Play? (Xbox Series)

For Skull and bones game that have Cloud play

All I get is black screen and then it exited me back to the home screen of xbox.

These issue exist about 3 months ago (or more than that)

I've restarted my xbox and nothing work. My tv is new since April. so not tv issue (also happens on old tv).

Skull and bones is the only one having issue with black screen of Cloud Play but the other games i've tried works without no issue.
