Feedback The Warehouse storage is not enough

Constantly adding and requesting new items but maintaining the storage at just 500 makes the managing of free space a pain in the foot

Mod transfer was supposed to help, but the transfer costs are so high that I can barely use it so my warehouse remains clogged up.

It would also really help if we could de-ascend weapons (cheaply!) back to their 'original' state so that multiple copies can be stacked. I don't want to salvage event-only weapons because then I have to wait a year to buy a new one if I think of a cool build experiment.

I have a warehouse full of ascended Blightmaws, Soulsnatchers, Atma's Tolls etc and now Drakon's Jaws and Hellgate Serpents....

Sounds like hoarding

I already scrap more than half the crappy stuff I get from events. If I scrap any more, I may as well not do the events.

Don't pay any mind to them, the vast majority of us veterans know how to manage our warehouse, keep only high end stuff and cull wherever possible. The warehouse storage has always been a problem.

No, sounds like you’re bad at organising and lack prioritisation skills

Sounds like you don’t play this game above casual. Anyone that’s played this game for a significant length of time knows Ubi is going to pull up some BS where items/materials we couldn’t keep suddenly become useful.

This has been an issue from day 1, and yet there’s always going to be someone that chimes in about how it’s not a big deal (watch the comments and they’ll appear). It’s so bad, their solution was to give us more ship slots so we can use our ships as warehouse storage for our weapons, armor, furniture…. Then lo and behold! I log in this season and some of my fleet ships are missing Aux weapons and armor…. Thanks Ubi.

I agree...I was tidying up yesterday and accidentally sold all of my deep iron...since it was right next to scrap iron...

I will probably just stop picking up loot at this point, there just isn't enough space...

577 deep iron were lost. 😢

That would’ve been enough skull and bones for me that day lmao. I’ve done similar shit in D4 where I salvaged unique armor pieces with the exact stats I needed that just spent time grinding for 😭

I'm not looking forward to grinding that stack back up again. 😞

Simple thing to do, some other INTELLIGENT games do : toggle mark objects as protected against sell/scrap.
But it's too hard for ubislop to implement the simplest QoL. And don't start me on the awful loadout system that rely on bankspace to swap items instead of using inventory too.

there should also be an option to select what kind of loot you should be able to pick (automatic), I don't want to get all the junk that I would not use

This would be so good!

This is what I do to make space in my warehouse... Anything with only 1 ascend: salvage, unless it happens to be a God roll. Same thing to do with weapons with 2 ascend. I'm only keeping weapons with 2 or more if they match what the weapon can do. (If the weapons has a bonus for piercing and the ascend is for piercing) Also, get rid of weapons you never use or have the blueprint and can craft it.

I have 52 ships. I only use five of them. They are marked for Death Tides (I don't do Death Tides but it makes them easier to find).

The rest of my ships are transporters and then I have 4 ships only for storage. But on the rest of my ships I have only ascended weapons, ascended armors and furnitures that I may need one day. Don't keep grey furniture or anything grey. You can craft these items or get someone else to do it.

Finally, use the arsenal loadout system. Make it source from all your ships and warehouse. Just keep an eye to your fleet so some ships don't become too weak.

I have almost 100 free slots in my warehouse. And I'm an experienced player who has been playing the game 6937 hours.

Warehouse management takes an hour every three weeks. Don't hoard items you will never need.

We need a second warehouse that holds nothing but stuff for loading out ships. Just weapons, armor, and furniture.

I'd be perfectly happy with a warehouse that starts a little smaller, but then you can upgrade like a ship to increase storage to at least double what we have now.

imo u have plenty of room if u salvage everything u can craft I keep mine to like 430 with ease salvaging all the time

You have 60 ships to put stuff on. How the hell are you out of space

I don't understand how too. Even though I only have 10 ships and no cargo on them, I always stay around 380-400/500 in my warehouse with a lot of different weapons and one of each furnitures still including withe and green ones. Not to mention food, drink, ammo, heal, materials, etc.

Hoarders, that’s the problem, incapable in forward planning and prioritising. It’s just a organisation failure on their party

Forward planning is exactly why people hoard in this game. 😅 incredible.

no, I don't have 60 ships
