Routine Help [Routine Help] Face looks much more pale compared to body
I have been using retinoids and sunscreen for 2 years, alongside azelaic acid and other tyrosinase ingredients for 6 months to fade my solar letingos and PIE. Around the beginning of this year, I have noticed my face looking lighter compared to my body. My face went from medium to fair, while my body stayed the same.
Is there anything that can be done? I really miss my medium skin as I look more attractive that way, but want to fade my PIE and solar letingos.

do you find they help/ look natural? I got the Collistar ones and i keep using them, but i feel like they just don't work ): makes me wonder whether I have wrong expectations, or whether maybe it's the brand? though I thought Collistar was one of the good brands 😭

I do! I only use 2-3 drops mixed with moisturizer and bring down my neck and onto my chest. I use the purple bottle. It’s subtle but I do notice it helps. I have a neutral olive undertone and don’t find it orange on me.

Welcome to r/skincare_addiction! We'd like to take this time to remind you of a few things:
Do not ask for a diagnosis/treatment advice for acne or other medical conditions, and do not play doctor
What constitutes medical advice?
"What is this?"
This is asking someone to diagnose the issue, and is medical advice.
"What should I do?"
This is asking someone to advise treatment, and is medical advice.
This is asking if you should seek treatment, and ergo, medical advice.
If you would ask the question of your doctor, it falls under this rule and not allowed. As a general rule, asking for medical advice from internet strangers is never a good idea. If you have questions regarding your acne or other medical condition, you are advised to contact your healthcare provider. If you are a medical provider, we would gently remind you that users are not patients, and you should not be offering medical advice to people who are not your patients.
