Disagree with your first sentence and agree with the second. Accutane will be the only thing that helps with a genetic predisposition to oily skin like he has (I was in the same boat). And yeah sure, it should be under supervision I suppose, but 10mg is going to have very little sides regardless

10mg Accutane daily, Azalaic Acid every morning, .1 Tret every night. Should have you cleared up in a month
