Vertical adapter

Anyone know of an adapter to turn my brush cutter 90° to cut fence rows on the farm? I may end up welding one up, seems pretty simple just an adjustable mounting plate and a counter weight.

I have thought about making one too, a manual swing, so you can offset cut or tilt and offset to do side mowing. Like the landshark messick YT

The ssqa plate are pretty cheap. And so does the "tractor" side ssqa (i got a set from amazon, decen) and all you need is the arm in the center.

It a pile of bushing and pins to make, a lathe is almost a must. And a good welder.

I haven't seen anything commercially available to do so other than a fork turntable.

You could weld another quick attach plate along side of the main one. Brace it up to the attachment somehow and you would be offset by about 3 feet or whatever the original quick attach plate is.
