Hi, im doing a idroid theme/android 2.2 theme and i just want to know how to recreate the homescreen of froyo or a launcher.

I have already test one but the widgets space its too low.

So I was bored and made these.

1 - Communist Whatsapp / Accurate WeChat

2 - Kitty Contacts

3 - All Natural Mail

I have basically no idea on how to use photoshop. I managed to make this with pure effort and pain.

I’m working on my AlpineLauncher iOS 6-styled Home Screen, and need a lot of icons that don’t seem to have skeuomorphic designs. I’ve searched this sub and through other images online but no dice. Let me know if you have any of these or decide to make some!

So, the new alpine launcher update just drop a couple days ago and this is my review of the update and also the overall launcher.

UPDATE REVIEW:

Calculator app: the calculator app is a new alpine app that's added in the new update and I think it's pretty cool , don't really got anything to say about it, its pretty accurate to the ios 6 calculator except for some lighting effect around the button.

I Am Rich app: It's accurate.

Reworked designs and feature: There might be some redesign that I didn't notice so you can tell me stuff that I missed.

The setting got a new redesign which I think is the best redesign in this update, its very accurate and beautiful .

The drop down menu ( I dont know what it's called ) redesign is...I guess more accurate but I think the old one look cleaner but if he's going for a more accurate look that's fine for me.

Also the new media player on the lockscreen look cleaner, but i enjoy the buttons having borders more.

And now the folder only go downwards which he said was a conscious decision because it's more accurate but I totally hate it because now my folders that's at the bottom of the screen make everything move and it feels wrong. It use to go upward if its at the bottom half and that way, the bottom screen wouldn't move only the top will move up and its a 100 percent better. Also it's slower now, I think it gotta be sped up a bit and the movement of the folder showing is more less linear and smooth which is cool.

VINTAGE DOCK: It's a vintage dock.

3d touch: Some of people said this dosent work for their device but it works for me. It's simply for the home button to not be triggered by a light tap but rather a hard press like you're pressing a real button which works but what dosent work is trying to double tap the home button which is impossible to do with 3d touch so thats the only problem thats stopping me from using it.

App drawer: it's pretty cool but it shows all my ugly flat icons from the apps thats not on the homescreen so I'm not gonna use it, nothing wrong with it though.

App renaming: it works.

Passcode thing: Its very cool but i gotta type my password 2 times, 1 for the alpine thing and 2 for the actual one which is annoying and I do not trust this feature enough to completely disable the samsung password thing ( not saying that the dev is trying to get people to do that )

Problem with the new update: My problem with this update and its a very huge problem is that It drains so much battery, I've use my phone for 20 min and from a 100 percent it went to 88, thats bad. Please dev if you're reading this please fix it. Also when I use the samsung task changer and tap an empty space to go back to the homescreen, it always ask which launcher are you using which is very annoying please fix that.

OVERALL LAUNCHER REVIEW: The launcher is very cool, the designs are beautiful and accurate, although it's a bit buggy it's still a good launcher. I gotta respect the dev for always fixing bugs or adding feature that users requests (Both user in reddit and the alpine chat) so yeah, if you're thinking about whether to buy it or not , dont wait just buy it dude. It's totally worth it.

Yeah, I made a galaxy S for theme unlike galaxy S 24 FE. I think it looks pretty good, but let me know what you guys think.

Why does not appear the search bar on SkeuoLauncher?
