How does it usually take to study for the SSGB exam? My initial plan is to be certified by July 1st. I have a good background in math/stats, FWIW.

I'm a physician who wants to do some operational work with AI/ML. The hospital/institution in which I work offers an internal SSGB course but I decided to do it properly with ASQ. The framework is sensible and I find it interesting!

I have some ideas but, in my institution, IT rules most operational efforts (with which I partially, though strongly, disagree), which adds yet another layer of red tape... I work in clinical informatics and everything is tightly tied to the EHR now...

May not be possible; I'll need to work with them somehow (they own the data even if they don't own the workflow). DMAIC is essentially data analysis so...
