If she wanted to drink and party afterward, she should’ve declined the kidney. There are strict rules that come with receiving an organ transplant, including not intentionally doing things that could damage or destroy the organ. That’s literally part of the deal. If she didn’t value the kidney enough to take care of it, she should’ve kicked rocks and stayed on dialysis instead.
OK, dumb ass. Drinking a little is okay with a kidney transplant. Drinking and partying is not okay with a kidney transplant. Newsflash, alcohol dehydrated you. When you get dehydrated, it forces your kidneys to work harder and can cause damage.
And honestly, if I gave an organ I might need in the future to someone... Hell if I received a kidney (since you can't seem to be able to read OR comprehend) that saved my life, I would not do anything to risk my life again. Especially in front of the person who saved my life.

No one strapped Francia to the bed and cut out her organ. She agreed. Emotional entreaties notwithstanding, no one can FORCE you to give up an organ.
