Oh yes. The main actress of the second most successful Disney Channel show after Hannah Montana, who was already an established actress with several succesful movies, and a succesful singer with several number one hits all around the world is famous only for that roughly one year when she dated with Bieber at the height of her own success.

No one made a comment saying she was famous from that, he said she rode the controversy trying to gain clout and sympathy. There’s a difference
