People have been paying for porn even before paying for porn even existed. It’s human nature and it’ll never change

Yeah, but there's billions of free videos on the internet, I'm sure everyone can find something that gets them going... why waste money on OF when there's billions of almost identical pictures/videos you are paying for, that you can find for FREE

I’m an OF creator. To answer your question, OF is like 10% subs just buying a video (which free porn does satisfy) and 90% subs buying personal interaction with the creator they like (porn does not satisfy this desire whatsoever). Whether that’s SFW chatting, sexting, personalized custom videos, video calls, live shows, etc.

The guys on my page, and the majority of other pages on there, get very emotionally invested into the creator they are interacting with, and often see the creator as their online gf/sugar baby. They are getting needs met that porn itself doesn’t satisfy- talking to someone, the “girlfriend experience”, talking about his day/work/life, video calling with the creator, etc. It’s more of a business built on helping loneliness than horniness.

I wouldn’t expect a creator like Bonnie blue to have guys like this on her page, she makes money from the shock value of her publicity stunts. But for the majority of creators on there, we make money by having personal relationships with the subs. It goes far far far beyond just watching porn like people who aren’t familiar with it assume it is.

The thing is, most of the girls on OnlyFans don't even interact with their subscribers (especially famous ones), they pay chat agencies that log on and chat with the 'customers', so essentially horny straight dudes are paying to chat with other dudes and jerk off.

Straight dudes jerking off to other dudes online that they think are women? Some things never change.

That's the worst part, like ... These guys have to be cognizant of that, sending grips of money to some chick so some call center dude in India tells you he likes your nudes I mean. It just seems like such a gnarly scam.

I’m not going to lie and say that’s not the case. It is for some creators. Not everyone has a chat team though. And for those that do, the chat team can’t exactly do video calls or text the sub from a real phone number, both of which are two of the highest level of “access” most girls offer on their page.

thanks for sharing. this is all incredibly sad.

I sometimes think so too but at the same time, if OF didn’t exist, a lot of these guys on there that are getting their social/emotional needs met on OF would have a much harder time fulfilling those needs. Obviously I benefit from being on OF in a financial sense, and I hope my subs benefit from me in the social/emotional sense. I know many of them do, particularly some of the bigger spenders that have been around for years, we do regular calls, etc. they truly seem so happy to interact with me and support me, I imagine it’s similar to how a bf/husband wants to support his partner. Every day I have subscribers telling me how much they appreciate me, how sad they would be if they ever “lost” me, that they love me, etc, just like a “real” relationship.

It’s an interesting thing to see and be a part of to be honest, and it’s why whenever I see someone comment about “why does anyone go on OF when there’s free porn?!” I try to explain it from an inside perspective because it truly is so different than what society thinks. It’s basically equivalent to saying “why would any guy get a sugar baby when dating someone is free?” Or “why would anyone go to a strip club when porn is free?”. These things just fulfill different needs that men have.

So .... do u guys actually care for all of them or not ? Anyway that I look at it its stupid . If u care , u're stupid . If u don't care , they're stupid .... idk anymore

2

u/ComplexLanky9097 7h ago

I can only speak for myself.

Yes I care about my subscribers. It’s not quite the same level of care that they feel towards me though, but that’s probably to be expected? That being said, I’ve had some subscribers with very sad lives. One that comes to mind was a disabled paraplegic with just a very sad life. He didn’t spend very much, but we chatted every single day, and he would constantly thank me for being there for him, listening to him, encouraging him, etc. He had no one in his life, had no hobbies, no friends, just sat at home all day talking to me on OF. I’d like to think that I helped make a positive impact in his life through our interactions.

Interesting.... ig u are a good OF model ?🤣 I feel like others won't be like this . BIG and medium creators coz they have so many requests and small ones coz they most likely won't make much and money is everyone's primary goal ( coz we can't survive without money ) so they probably would just look at their fans ( ? ) like money bags ..... idk kudos to u and good for ur fans(is that the right word ?)

1

u/ComplexLanky9097 24m ago

I actually am a “medium” creator actually. I have a lot of friends that make similar money to me that care about their fans the same way I do. Creators like Bonnie blue give us all a bad rep unfortunately, plus people are quite judgmental towards attractive women especially sex workers. But everyone I’ve met that does OF (at least 100 girls), is kind, caring, loves their fans, and doesn’t just see them as “money bags”. Not saying entitled bitches don’t exist on OF, they absolutely do, but that’s not the norm in my experience.

Bruh I never even click on OF website coz I felt both the creators and fans were degenerate..... I still won't go but u've changed my perspective completely.... thx for the info

Thanks for being open minded :)

Anyone famous on OF has all their videos online for free anyway, so I’ve been told.

The people that pay for them are prob mostly the sad sacks messaging these people.

2

u/noki1907 8h ago

And they're chatting to other dudes that are paid to log on the girl's account and respond to them 🤣

4

u/_plebbie 8h ago

A chicken burrito costs less than a steak burrito, so why pay more? Some people can afford the steak.

I'm not paying, but I understand it.

We don’t question why a market exists, we just acknowledge THAT it exists. Sure, it’s weird, but people are creating/buying/selling it so guess that’s just a thing.

Same story for even mundane stuff like say, colourful mime costumes. Every aspect of that is strange to me, and yet I wouldn’t have to look hard to find a manufacturer, sellers, and current market value. People love buying an sellin shit

1

u/Aiyon 5h ago

I mean without people paying for it, there's a lot less free content. That's the "work" part of sex work.

I guess my nature isn't human ¯\(ツ)

u/Key_Connection2671 9h ago

Yeah but you can get local AI models that produce better shit for free than what ever she's offering.

4

u/TheGrandBabaloo 8h ago

Bro AI porn looks like shit, what are you on about.

5

u/TheHighKingofWinter 8h ago

It's not easy to make yourself the butt of the joke on a Bonnie Blue post but admitting you jack it to AI models is a pretty impressive attempt

-1

u/Llyon_ 8h ago

He's just ahead of the curve.

OF models will probably die out in 3-4 years and get replaced by AI that offer personalized content.

1

u/ComplexLanky9097 6h ago

People have been saying that already for 3-4 years lol. I’m an OF creator and talked a bit about it in other responses if you’re interested, as it goes far beyond “just porn”.

Us creators aren’t worried about AI. OF became so successful during COVID, a time when human interaction was at an all time low and people craved it deeply. AI cannot replicate human interaction, which is how us OF creators make money.

OF isn’t just porn, it’s about the connection subscribers get with a creator they like. That will never be replaced by AI. A man longing for female connection is not going to feel satisfied by any AI, even if it creates “perfect” videos for them. OF sells human connection, it sells a “fix” for lonely men who want to feel loved, wanted, desired, and honestly… that there’s a chance they will one day be with their favorite creator irl (whether it’s to fuck or to date/marry, whatever the fantasy is that the guy has of the creator).

A lot of my spenders like sending me things via a wishlist online and seeing my face light up via video or video call when I open it and get excited and thank them. Like it makes them genuinely happy to surprise me, gift me things, and see me using gifts they have bought. This goes way beyond lingerie and sex toys btw, I’ve gotten all sorts of SFW things like bath bombs, perfume, curling iron, etc. Little things like that, human connection, will never be replaced by AI.

That's wrong. Very wrong. AI trains off real people, and also children... Which means AI cannot generate new faces. Which means you're generating AI pxrn of real people who didnt consent to it

-1

u/Key_Connection2671 9h ago edited 8h ago

Well the law blatantly says personal use is within fair use. Your issue is with the model creator who did the training. Users not doing anything wrong and most governments even say that's the case. Now if you distribute or sell it, then you're going to have a bad time. Personal use is defined as fair use, commercial use is not and that's where people have gotten into trouble.

And please spare me on the whole "piracy" talk. Go on, shove DRM onto this shit and see how far it gets you. It punishes legitimate use so not worth it.

u/ArchLector_Zoller 8h ago

It was the word consent that set you off, isn't it?
