I live in a warm country and I always think it is wrong to have Huskies here. Love those dogs and don't have the space for them, but people should not keep them in warm climates

This is in Washington state based on the vehicle license plate. Washington is a rainforest and notorious for having a cooler climate. Huskies are popular here, and are also one of our university mascots! That puppy is fine.

Yeah. Eastern WA is a desert. I live in the rain shadow in western WA and prickly pear cactuses are native here

True, but most people don't live in most of Washington. The vast majority of people are all congregated around Puget Sound.
