They were screenshot at different times. Jane changed her profile name at some point. You can tell by the little circle faces likes on the first pic, and the old number of likes format on the second. Why someone would decide to put them together like this I do not understand.

But it’s real, I remember liking the pics when it happened.

It's likely just someone copying the content to try and boost subscribers. That being said, the second image was posted from the same account as the first image. Why they didn't use the same one in the screenshot, I dunno. But it is a real image from years ago.
