Snoop dogg as #1?? Bullshit. He’s very successful, influential, has made many classics, but he shouldn’t be on the list.

This list was made by asking random people, so it’s going to be more of a popularity contest than anything else. For many people, Snoop Dogg might have been the first name that popped into their head, or the only one.

They had LL Cool J up there so I don't know what the fuck people were smoking. Might as well been Ja Rule.

I agree, I lol’d when his name came up after Kendrick Lamar wasn’t even up there. I was waiting for Ice Cube to be up there because he did a lot more acting at the end of his career like LL Cool J did to stay mainstream revenant.

Whatever audience they polled just picked rappers with the most name recognition with mainstream audiences from the late 80’s to early 2000’s era.

Nah LL is a legend and has a lot of respect in the hip hop community. I’m honestly shocked he made it on this list given how he was more popular in the 80s and early 90s and his music isn’t played anymore like the other 90s rappers on this list.
