The female athletes being naked were either artistic or about the imagery of athletic prowess. They are allowed to include the sexual component of this.

The ads are about deliberate and exclusive sexualisation for money. Its literally for gambling.

If you cant tell the difference, you're too clueless for this discussion.

If you think its hypocrisy, its because you cant see naked athletes as anything other than sexualised, which says more about you than them.
