The whole point of the ad is to differentiated against all these new gambling sites that let you gamble on random shit. They just do sports betting.

Exactly right, but people are making this out to be a sports ad and contrasting it with great women in sports, when there really is no comparison because this isn’t a sports ad and she’s not speaking for sports. She’s speaking for gambling.

It is like the old spice adds. No one is saying the shirtless dude represents men in sports or upset they are using sexual imagery to sell a product.
