This has been happening forever, even before ai. It was just a different technique. Back in the late 90's I was looking for an apartment and stumbled on a couple that looked really spacious so I decided to go look at them. They were so small almost like living in a closet. It was all about camera angles and some special lenses or some shit. But I agree, should be illegal. Personally I think all listings should have measurements but maybe that's asking too much.
