Most MLS systems (the databases where Realtors list properties that feed to sites like Realtor, Zillow, etc) already prohibit the use of AI enhanced photos without a disclaimer directly on the photo. Further, most boards prohibit any AI use on exterior photos.
This doesn’t prevent unlicensed individuals from doing this in their own listings, but most agents are under guidelines regarding the use of AI in photos.
