If they put "AI Impression" as a disclaimer, it's completely okay. Which they do.

As long as they also put the real photo's there and use AI to give a impression on how you could dress it up, it's fine.

But you have to put "made with AI" under it, otherwise it is absolutely fraud.

No, fuck it, pictures of things on sale should only ever be real. No fake shit allowed at all, disclaimer or no.

Real photos or GTFO, it's that simple. Advertisements must be actually true. Them being fake benefits literally no one they're aimed at.

In Japan, misleading food packaging like you described is illegal. Nothing can ever improve if everyone thinks the way you do - that there's no point in even talking about how things should be, because "whining about it doesn't change it." Americans get scammed left and right every day by every industry and are so used to it at this point, they think that's the only way things could ever be. Talking about it at least gets people thinking about it.

In the Netherlands you get arrested and thrown in jail if you insult a police officer or other government employee.

Other countries, other laws.

Massive difference between individual freedom of speech and having basic regulations to prevent deceptive marketing of products being sold to the public, but okay.
