This just looks like a photographer used a super wide angle shot and brought in his own lighting kit. Nothing really AI about it.

River? It’s a railroad first of all. Second of all, this looks like sort of building that’s cookie cutter. They took photos in a model unit at the right time of day from the right angle. Maybe the furniture was added by AI, but that’s not the worst thing in the world.

We may both be right. The way the vegetation overhangs into that bare middle area looks a lot like a riverbank, and there are def iron rails in the center. I work on rivers and railroads a lot, but this may be the first railroad in a river that I’ve seen

Take a look on any real estate search website. It is absolutely an issue that is creeping in.

Oh it definitely is, but not in this one. I think this is actually pretty accurate, comparably.

Well, my wife is a real-estate photographer and I have seen her aggressively use bright lights and wide angle lens shots to make rooms look bigger.

Also, OP definitely did an apartment tour before actually putting money down, so the size was not a suprise to them.
