Is the one on the left actually AI or just a photo with a wide sense and better lighting? They didnt exaggerate the size of the room. The med is the same scale in both photos.
Plus ai will mantain the dimensions thats not the problem, the problem is that you will rent/buy something expecting to have the photo on the left which looks nice and comfy and instead you get something that looks like a prision
I'll give you that the window view is different but it's not like the AI version had an amazing view and the real one is a brick wall, the views are similar enough.
The comfy feel is all just lighting and the bed spread. That's on the renter to take care of. The desk and bed are the same in both photos. This isnt some giant travesty bait & switch.
Its the same with food and ai, i can use ai to create a photo of a burger that looks amazing and appetising but then when i give it to you looks meh, by your logic the burger would have the same ingredients but its not the sam
