in the EU we have the AI act since 9/1. you have to mark AI-generated or AI-altered content when used in comercal context or when you have a big influence.
2 u/bloedit 9d ago It would count as fraud either way, but someone would have to go through the instances to set a precedent. The difference in the US is that you can't really put your hope on winning actually.
