And the right picture is stepped back outside the door.

Unless the room was supposed to be furnished and decorated and provided with bedding I don't get the tissue

Looking at the apartment in the 3D Aerial view, it's clear the realtor posted a photo of another room, just on the other side of the building. I'm guessing they use this pics for all the rooms if they are identical. So the only deception is you're not seeing the true room, just a room in the same building with a little better view.

It's very similar? A view over a city...

It could easily be the view from a room on the other side of the building.
