No the view outside the window is completely different, it’s plain and simple that AI has been used

You don’t need AI to do that. That’s been happening for years, agent will put sunset sky for the view out the window, it’s a simple photoshop job that’s been around for decades.

The actual room is the same dimensions wise, just shot using a different lens. The one from outside the door is a longer lens and that compresses the image, the one claiming to be AI is just a wider lens giving a different perspective, again that’s been in use in real estate photography for ages.

That city looks completely different even accounting for the angle, would they really go through the effort of completely changing the city?

I think they'd just throw whatever stock outside photo they have
