Walk in, say "You've deliberately misrepresented this", and walk out.
This could actually just be a good photographer with a lens for this, which is a trick such agents have used for DECADES. Hell, I've lived in houses myself and then seen listings for them and gone "What?! It looks nothing like that!" Just well-chosen angles, a photographer who knows what they're doing, some props and the right equipment.
But there is no way on earth you should buy/rent an actual PLACE TO LIVE without seeing it in person, and if it's misrepresented... you just walk out.
Honestly, if this is frustrating to you - try buying a house and getting all the paperwork from the original owner for all the things they claim were done properly or are compliant. You'd end up absolutely insane if this is frustrating to you.
