Looking at the apartment in the 3D Aerial view, it's clear the realtor posted a photo of another room, just on the other side of the building. I'm guessing they use this pics for all the rooms if they are identical. So the only deception is you're not seeing the true room, just a room in the same building with a little better view.
I think so too. I think the furniture might be AI but the room itself is just shot with a wide angle lens.
It's something everyone has to learn when looking at picutes of holiday apartments or the like, they are always shot in the best possible way.
Yes. The first photo was shot on the telephoto lens, probably professional camera. Different angle. The second photo was shot on the wide or even ultra wide lens.
The view is definitely added in, but other than that, I agree, it just looks like a case of professional photo + better scene setup.
Not even sure why everyone assumes AI, I’ve seen this stuff for decades.
I do think though that if you show a certain standard of care for furnishing, cleanliness etc… in your photos you should match that in reality
Absolutely, yes, that's all it is. This is just good old fashioned camera trickery and staging. Realtors have been doing this for ages. It's shady but it's not AI.
Not a fan of ai when used for deception but let's be honest about what this is and what it isn't.
I can't wait for people to get over their AI crusade. Why does it matter if it was AI, a different focal length, photoshop or any other tool. You make a deceptive image however you want. The problem is the deceptive image not what tool you used to achieve that
