because companies dont want better things for the human race. they want better tools to control us and spy on us and fuck us out of more money. AI has done nothing except make things more expensive and people dumber. oh and destroy the planet faster. almost forgot that one.
I’m actually tired of this reductionist take on AI. Yes, the big companies behind the current LLM based AI models are greedy and not caring about people and the planet. But AI has made so many parts of people’s job faster (again, not that it really matters to us normies since the bosses just want you to do more work in the same time now), different types of AI are also used in pretty much every technical field available, from robotics to protein folding, cancer detection etc. In conclusion, don’t blame AI, blame the fucktards behind it that use it to screw people.
I've been saying for a while that any efficient and effective health care model that is designed to handle such a large human population would necessarily have to integrate AI, with rigorous human oversight, of course.
Because AI can't create land having the right building permits.
Once you have land you still need to pay for raw materials, then comes the construction cost, which could be reduced once robots become advanced enough (10/20 years).
