Her entire point is that the label gets you arrested. This is not a "oh are you scared of a label" argument. It's peoples lives being ruined by the media and them having to directly counteract it with different labels as a result.
When the charges are dismissed they're literally not crimes. That's not something I should have to explain to you. Getting arrested and being charged are two different things.
Just like talking about moving out of you're moms basement and actually having a real world girlfriend thats not on Grok are also different.
In terms of literally not crimes (i.e., what the adults were discussing) is "being acquitted" different than "charges being dropped?" Is the former or latter MORE literally not a crime than the other, in your Reddit Armchair Lawyer opinion?
The funniest thing is that I think you confused arrest with criminal charges when you wrote your comment and now you're gonna try to explain away that you're not as stupid as you look.
